Bawnmore's Big Walk and Wheel hopes to inspire our pupils to make even more active journeys to school, improve air quality in our neighbourhood and discover how these changes benefit their world. We are doing this over a 3-week period from Monday 5th May to Friday 23rd May 2025. We will also run another 'Bling Your Bike' session for all year groups during the fortnight, this was really successful and popular last year! On each day of the challenge, classes will compete to see who can get the highest percentage of their pupils walking, using a wheelchair, scooting or cycling to school. The class with the highest percentage of active journeys will receive a prize!
